Terms of use
Last updated: 6 October 2026. Please have these terms reviewed by a qualified adviser before relying on them.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of averixkarts.com. Orders are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice and any sales agreement issued for that order.
Product information
We aim to keep product information accurate, but specifications, colours, images and availability can change between production batches. Images may show optional equipment. The written quotation and spec sheet issued for your order take precedence over website content. Drone flight times and ranges are manufacturer figures under favourable conditions and reduce with payload, wind and temperature.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. An order is confirmed only when we issue a proforma invoice and receive the agreed payment.
Your responsibilities
- Go karts are not road vehicles. They must be used only on private property, tracks or venues where permitted, with appropriate safety equipment and supervision.
- Drones are aircraft. Operators are responsible for registration, licences, operational approvals, insurance and compliance with all aviation and local laws.
- Imports. Buyers are responsible for import permits, duties, taxes and compliance with product rules in their country unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
