Payload Drones · SKU AX-D50
50 kg payload transport drone rated to 5000 m altitude and 10 km range, built for mountain and long-distance cargo.
* Manufacturer figures. Flight time and range fall as payload, wind and temperature increase. We confirm realistic figures for your mission.
The D50 Transport Drone is built for one job: moving cargo where roads do not reach easily. It is rated for a 50 kg payload, a 10 km operating range and a service altitude of 5000 m. That combination targets mountain logistics, island resupply and remote industrial sites.
Air gets thinner as you climb. At high altitude, a rotor produces less lift and a drone that performs well at sea level can struggle. An altitude rating of 5000 m means the D50 is specified to operate in mountain environments where many drones lose much of their capacity. Payload and endurance at altitude will still be lower than at sea level, so tell us your operating altitude when you request a quote and we will confirm realistic figures.
A 10 km range opens up routes, but those routes bring regulatory responsibilities. Flights beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) normally need specific approval from your aviation authority, a risk assessment and often additional equipment. Start that process early. Our resources page links to the relevant authorities and to the EU's SORA risk-assessment method. Our long range payload drones article covers BVLOS planning in more depth.
If your flights are shorter and you need a more general-purpose lifter, compare the P50 heavy lift drone. For the heaviest loads, see the THEA 200MP.
Substantial loads per flight for supply and logistics.
Reaches sites well beyond a short shuttle hop.
Rated for high-altitude work in mountain regions, where thin air reduces rotor lift.
Designed around cargo carriage rather than imaging.
A link to sites where roads are slow, seasonal or absent.
