What OEM means at Averix Karts

OEM (original equipment manufacturer) manufacturing means we build our existing, proven products and finish them as yours: your logo, your colours, your badges, your packaging and your manuals. You sell them under your brand. We handle production, quality control and export.

It is the fastest, lowest-risk way to launch a branded product line. The engineering and tooling already exist, so you are not paying to develop a vehicle. You are paying to make it yours.

The OEM process

1. Brief. Tell us the product, quantities, target market and branding requirements.
2. Quotation. Written quote covering unit price at your volume, customisation costs, MOQ and lead time.
3. Artwork and mock-up. You send logos and colour references, and we return mock-ups for approval.
4. Sample. A pre-production sample for physical approval and photography.
5. Production. Your order is built, inspected and photographed.
6. Shipping. Packed in your branded packaging and shipped with export documents.
7. After-sales. Spare parts and technical support for your team.

OEM or ODM?
