When OEM is not enough
OEM puts your brand on our product. ODM go karts change the product itself. If your market needs a different look, a different interior, a particular powertrain or features we do not offer as standard, our ODM service develops it with you and then builds it.
Our platforms are the starting point:

Go Kart
AX-964 Classic Coupe
Hardtop retro coupe go kart: closed roof, full glasshouse and classic rear-engine proportions, ready for wholesale and private-label.
- BodyHardtop coupe
- Colours5 factory + custom

Go Kart
AX-GT Track Edition
Modern track-styled go kart with a vented bonnet, aggressive front splitter and tall rear wing. The racing flagship of the range.
- BodyTrack coupe with rear wing
- Colours6 factory + custom
What ODM projects typically change
Styling
Front and rear treatments, lighting signatures, spoilers and wings, wheel designs, and body details that make the kart unmistakably yours.
Interior
Seat design and materials, trim, dashboard layout and steering wheel.
Powertrain
Different motor, battery or engine packages to meet performance targets, market expectations or operating requirements such as runtime for rental fleets.
Features
- Speed-limiting modes for rental, youth or beginner use
- Lighting packages for evening events and display
- Fleet hardware such as hour meters or provisions for fleet-management systems
- Safety equipment to match your market and venue requirements
The ODM development process
- Brief and feasibility. You share the requirements and references. We assess what is possible, the likely cost and the timeline.
- Agreement. Scope, development fees, tooling ownership, MOQ and schedule in writing, with an NDA if needed.
- Design. We develop drawings or renders for your approval.
- Prototype. A physical prototype for testing and review.
- Iteration. Changes from testing are incorporated.
- Sample approval. Final samples are signed off.
- Pre-production run. Confirms production quality.
- Production. Full volume with QC and photo records.
What affects cost and timeline
| Factor | Lower cost / faster | Higher cost / slower |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | Trim, lighting, details | Body styling, chassis, powertrain |
| Tooling | Uses existing tools | Needs new moulds or jigs |
| Testing | Cosmetic validation | Performance and durability testing |
| Volume | Higher volumes spread development cost | Low volumes carry more cost per unit |
Our manufacturing capability
ODM depends on what the factory can actually make. Ours includes a press shop for stamped parts, robotic welding cells, frame lines, component inspection and a full assembly hall. See the about page for photos.
ODM for drones too
ODM is not only for karts. We also integrate payloads and develop module packages on our drone platforms. See ODM payload drones.
