Levels of customisation
Level 1: Colour
Choose any colour, matched to RAL, Pantone or a physical sample. Match your brand, your venue or your car.
Level 2: Livery
Stripes, two-tone schemes, racing numbers and sponsor-style graphics. Ideal for venues, race series and events. The AX-GT and AX-964 Coupe offer the most surface for graphics.
Level 3: Branding
Logo badging on bonnet, doors and rear, plus branded packaging and manuals. This is our OEM programme.
Level 4: Design changes
Different styling elements, interior, lighting or powertrain. This is our ODM programme.
How a custom project runs
- Tell us your idea. Model, quantity, colours, artwork or references.
- Get a quote. Customisation costs, MOQ and lead time.
- Approve the mock-up. We return digital mock-ups showing your colours and graphics on the kart.
- Approve a sample (for larger runs). A physical sample for sign-off and photography.
- Production. Built, painted, finished and inspected.
- Pre-shipment photos. See your custom karts before they ship.
Artwork tips
- Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the cleanest logos and graphics
- Give colour references (RAL/Pantone codes), not just screen colours, because screens vary
- For racing numbers, specify font, size and position
- Think about how graphics flow over curves and panel gaps. Our mock-ups help here.
