Ordering & pricing
How do I buy from Averix Karts?
Send a quote request with the product, quantity, configuration and destination. We reply with a written quotation, and once you confirm, we issue a proforma invoice and schedule production or allocation.
Can I buy a single go kart?
Yes. We sell single units to private buyers as well as wholesale quantities to dealers and venues.
Can I buy a single payload drone?
Yes. Single-aircraft orders are normal, especially for a first unit before a fleet order.
Why don't you list prices on the website?
Prices depend on configuration, quantity, customisation, current production batch and destination. A written quote gives you an accurate figure rather than a headline price that changes at checkout.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We aim to reply within one business day. Complex OEM, ODM or multi-product requests can take a little longer while we confirm specifications.
What information should I include in a quote request?
The product or products, quantity, colours or configuration, powertrain (for karts), payload or mission (for drones), destination city or port, and your timeline.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods and terms are set out in your proforma invoice. Bank transfer is standard for international trade. Ask us about other options when you request a quote.
Do you require a deposit?
For production and custom orders, a deposit is usually required before production, with the balance due before shipment. Exact terms are confirmed in your quotation.
Is my enquiry secure?
Our website runs over HTTPS (SSL), so form data is encrypted in transit. We only use your details to respond to your enquiry.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes. Pricing is tiered by quantity, and mixed-model container orders are priced on the total order.
Can I mix go karts and drones in one order?
Yes, subject to freight and dangerous-goods rules for batteries. We will advise on the best way to ship a mixed order.
Can I get a sample before ordering in volume?
Yes. Dealers and OEM partners commonly order a sample unit or small first order before committing to volume.
Do you issue a proforma invoice?
Yes. A proforma invoice with full product, price, payment and shipping details is issued before payment.
Can I change my order after confirming?
Changes are possible before production starts. Once production begins, changes to colours or specifications may affect cost and lead time.
Shipping & import
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We have country guides for 31 destinations, including the US, Canada, the UK, EU countries, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America. See our shipping destinations page.
How are go karts shipped?
In reinforced crates, by sea freight in full or shared containers, or by air for small urgent orders where practical.
How are drones shipped?
Drones ship in protective cases or cartons. Lithium batteries are packed and declared as Class 9 dangerous goods.
What are Incoterms and which do you offer?
Incoterms define who pays for and is responsible for each stage of shipping. We commonly quote EXW, FOB and CIF, and DDP for some destinations.
Can you deliver to my door?
Yes, where DDP or door-delivery service is available, or through your own freight forwarder.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Under EXW, FOB and CIF the buyer pays import duties and local taxes. Under DDP they are included in our price.
What documents do you provide for customs?
A commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and dangerous-goods declarations for batteries. Other certificates depend on product and destination, so ask before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight transit varies by route, and air freight is faster. Production lead time is separate. We confirm both in your quotation.
Can lithium batteries be shipped by air?
Often yes, under strict dangerous-goods rules, but some airlines and services restrict large lithium batteries. Sea freight is the most common route for large packs.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. Under EXW or FOB terms, many buyers use their own forwarder. We coordinate pickup and documentation.
Do you send photos before shipping?
Yes. On request we send photos or video of your actual units and packing before dispatch.
Will my electric kart charger work in my country?
We supply chargers matched to the destination's mains voltage and plug type. Tell us the delivery country and city when you order.
Can you ship drones to India?
India has prohibited import of complete foreign-made drones since 2022, with limited exemptions. Speak to us before ordering, and check the current rules.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. Freight shipments need a physical delivery address or port.
What happens if goods arrive damaged?
Photograph the packaging and goods on arrival and note the damage on the delivery receipt, then contact us immediately. Freight insurance claims depend on the Incoterms and insurance arranged.
Go karts
What go kart models do you make?
Our current range is the AX-964 Classic Speedster (open top), the AX-964 Classic Coupe (hardtop) and the AX-GT Track Edition (modern track styling).
What makes Averix go karts different?
Each model has a full car-style body inspired by classic and modern sports cars, rather than an exposed frame. They look like collector cars at kart scale.
Are your go karts electric or gas?
The platforms are offered in electric and petrol configurations. We confirm the current options and specifications in your quotation.
How fast do your go karts go?
Top speed depends on the powertrain configuration ordered. We confirm it in writing with your quote and spec sheet.
Are your go karts road legal?
No. Like almost all go karts, they are designed for private property, tracks and closed venues, not public roads.
Are your go karts suitable for adults?
Yes. The range is designed with adult and premium buyers in mind. Rider size and maximum load are confirmed per configuration.
Are your go karts suitable for children?
Suitability depends on configuration, speed settings and supervision. We confirm recommended rider age, height and load for each configuration. See our kids go karts guide.
What colours are available?
Each model has five or six standard colours, including black, white, silver, yellow and green. Custom colours and liveries are available on wholesale and OEM orders.
Can I get a custom colour or livery?
Yes, on wholesale and OEM orders. Send a colour reference or artwork and we will produce a mock-up for approval.
Can I put my company logo on the karts?
Yes. Logo badging and full branding are part of our OEM programme.
Do you sell go kart spare parts?
Yes. Body panels, trim, wheels and drivetrain parts can be supplied with your order or later.
How do I maintain an electric go kart?
Keep batteries charged within the recommended range, check tyres, brakes and steering regularly, keep connections clean and dry, and follow the manual's service intervals.
How do I maintain a petrol go kart?
Follow the engine manufacturer's oil-change and service schedule, check the chain or drive belt, brakes, tyres and steering, and use fresh fuel.
Can go karts be used indoors?
Electric karts are the usual choice indoors because they produce no exhaust. Venues should follow local safety and ventilation rules.
Do your karts come assembled?
Karts ship largely assembled in crates. Any final assembly steps are explained in the manual.
Do you provide a user manual?
Yes. Every kart ships with a manual covering operation, safety and maintenance.
Are your karts suitable for rental tracks?
Yes. Many venues use them as a premium tier alongside a standard fleet. Discuss duty cycle and charging or refuelling needs with us when you quote.
Do the karts have seat belts?
Safety equipment depends on configuration. Check the spec sheet issued with your quote, and always follow venue safety rules, including helmets.
Is there a warranty on go karts?
Yes. Warranty terms depend on product and order type and are stated in your quotation.
Can I see a video of the karts running?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp or by email and we will send a video of current production units.
Electric vs gas go karts
Which is better, electric or gas go karts?
Electric karts are quiet, emission-free and cheap to run, and suit indoor and noise-sensitive sites. Petrol karts refuel quickly and run all day, and suit outdoor and remote sites. Our electric vs gas guide covers the details.
How long does an electric go kart run on a charge?
Run time depends on battery capacity, rider weight, driving style and terrain. We confirm figures for your configuration.
How long does it take to charge an electric go kart?
Charging time depends on battery and charger. We confirm it in the spec sheet. Fleets usually rotate karts or batteries to keep running.
Are electric go karts cheaper to run?
Generally yes. Electricity usually costs less than fuel, and electric drivetrains need less routine maintenance than engines.
Are gas go karts louder?
Yes. Petrol engines are much louder than electric motors, which matters for venues near homes or indoors.
Do electric karts work in cold weather?
Yes, but lithium batteries lose capacity in the cold and should be charged at moderate temperatures. Store and charge them indoors in winter.
Do electric karts work in hot climates?
Yes, with heat management: shaded parking, charging in cool areas and avoiding charging immediately after hard use.
Can a petrol kart be converted to electric?
Conversions are possible but complex. It is usually better to order the electric configuration from the start.
Wholesale, OEM & ODM
Do you sell wholesale go karts?
Yes. Dealers, distributors and venues buy at tiered wholesale prices, with mixed models and colours allowed.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
It depends on the product and customisation. Standard models have low MOQs, and custom paint or private label have project-specific MOQs.
Do you offer dealer support?
Yes. Dealers get product photography, spec sheets, catalogs and spare-parts support.
What is OEM manufacturing?
We build our existing designs under your brand, with your logos, colours, packaging and manuals.
What is ODM manufacturing?
We modify or develop a design to your requirements, such as styling, interior, lighting or powertrain integration, and build it for you.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM puts your brand on our existing product. ODM changes the product itself. ODM involves more development, samples and time.
Can you develop a go kart to my design?
Yes, through our ODM service. We work from your brief or drawings and approve samples before production.
Who owns the design in an ODM project?
Ownership of design changes and tooling is agreed in writing at the start of the project.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign a reasonable non-disclosure agreement before you share designs.
Can you supply custom packaging?
Yes. Printed cartons, crate markings and inserts are available on OEM orders.
Can you print manuals in my language?
Yes. We can supply manuals with your branding and in the languages you need, from your translation or ours.
Do you offer OEM payload drones?
Yes. Several drone models, such as the MX4-10, are offered with OEM and ODM support for branding and modification.
Can you integrate my payload on a drone?
Yes. Our custom payload drone service covers mounts, power, release mechanisms and accessory integration.
Do you offer exclusive distribution?
Exclusive territory arrangements can be discussed for distributors with committed volumes.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, factory visits can be arranged by appointment. Contact us to plan a visit.
Payload drones
What is a payload drone?
A drone designed to carry something other than its own camera: cargo, sensors, sprayers, speakers, lights or release mechanisms.
What is the heaviest payload you offer?
The THEA 200MP coaxial octocopter is rated for a 70 kg payload.
What is the difference between payload and MTOW?
Maximum take-off weight (MTOW) is everything the drone lifts, including its own weight and batteries. Payload is what is left for your cargo or sensors.
How long can heavy-lift drones fly?
It depends on payload and conditions. Manufacturer figures range from about 20 minutes to up to 45 minutes in our range, and flight time falls as payload rises.
Which drone is best for agriculture?
The TTA G300, a six-axis agricultural drone with a 30 L tank for spraying and seed spreading.
Which drone is best for cargo delivery?
The P50 and D50 (50 kg) are our main cargo platforms, with the D50 rated for 10 km range and 5000 m altitude. For lighter loads, see the SY800.
Which drone is best for search and rescue?
The MX4-10 and SY800 carry loudspeakers, lights and drop mechanisms. The P50 can drop heavier rescue loads.
Which drone is best for mapping and surveying?
The GAIA 160MP and GAIA 190MP carry survey cameras and LiDAR.
Which drone is best for inspection?
The GAIA 160MP with thermal or zoom payloads, or the SY800 with its stabilised camera.
Which drone is best for fishing?
The SwellPro Fisherman MAX FD2: IP67 waterproof, 3.2 kg bait release and a 4K camera.
What is a coaxial octocopter?
A drone with eight rotors mounted in four stacked pairs, giving high thrust and some redundancy in a compact frame.
Is a hexacopter safer than a quadcopter?
A hexacopter generally has more margin after a motor failure than a quadcopter. Real fault tolerance depends on the flight controller and conditions.
Do your drones come with a camera?
Some models include cameras (for example SY800, SwellPro FD2). For others, cameras and sensors are payloads configured to order.
Can drones fly in rain?
Only if rated for it. The SwellPro FD2 is IP67 waterproof. Check the protection rating of other models before flying in wet conditions.
How many batteries do I need?
Enough to keep flying while others charge, typically several sets for continuous operations. We help size battery and charger sets for your mission.
Do you provide training?
Operating documentation is included, and remote setup support and training can be arranged.
Do you supply drone spare parts?
Yes. Propellers, arms, motors, batteries and other spares can be supplied with your order or later.
Can drones carry LiDAR?
Yes. Larger platforms such as the GAIA 160MP and GAIA 190MP can carry LiDAR, subject to mount and power integration.
What range do your drones have?
It varies by model: about 1 km (SwellPro FD2) to 10 km (D50, MX4-10, SY800). Long-range flights usually need regulatory approval.
Can a drone drop a payload?
Yes. Release mechanisms and throwers are available on several models for cargo, bait and rescue drops.
Drone regulations & operations
Do I need a licence to fly a heavy-lift drone?
Almost always. Most countries require operator registration, qualified pilots and specific operational approval for heavy-lift aircraft.
What are the US rules for drones over 55 lb?
Part 107 covers drones under 55 lb. Heavier drones generally need an exemption under 49 U.S.C. §44807 and related FAA authorisations.
What are the EU rules for heavy drones?
Under the EU framework, the open category is limited to aircraft under 25 kg. Heavier operations normally need an operational authorisation in the specific category.
What is BVLOS?
Beyond visual line of sight: flying where the pilot cannot see the drone directly. BVLOS flights usually need special approval.
What is SORA?
The Specific Operations Risk Assessment, a method used in Europe and elsewhere to assess and approve drone operations in the specific category.
Do I need approval to spray crops with a drone?
Usually yes, for both aviation and pesticide use. In the US, Part 137 applies to dispensing agricultural products by aircraft.
Can I fly a drone over people?
Rules are strict and vary by country. Heavy-lift flights over uninvolved people are generally restricted.
Can I fly at night?
Night flying is permitted in many countries with extra requirements such as lighting and training. Check your local rules.
Do drones need to be registered?
In most countries, yes, especially for commercial operations and heavier aircraft.
Where can I find my country's drone rules?
Our resources page and country shipping pages link to the national aviation authority for each major market.
Does Averix Karts handle permits for me?
We provide product documentation to support your applications, but operating approvals are the operator's responsibility.
