About Averix Karts
We build go karts that look like collector cars and supply drones that carry real loads, and we sell both directly to the people who use them.
Who we are
Averix Karts is a manufacturer and direct supplier of two product lines: premium go karts and industrial payload drones. The tagline on our logo, Payload and Karts, is a literal description of the business.
On the kart side, we produce a range of car-bodied go karts, the AX-964 Classic Speedster, AX-964 Classic Coupe and AX-GT Track Edition. Each is styled after a classic or modern sports car and built in our dedicated kart factory. On the drone side, we supply a range of heavy-lift, agricultural, survey, inspection and public-safety drones from 3.2 kg to 70 kg payload, specified and supported for professional operators.
What ties the two together is the way we work. We sell factory direct, quote in writing with current specifications, support every order size from one unit to private-label programmes, and ship worldwide.
Our kart factory
Our go karts are produced in a purpose-built kart factory in China. It has the processes needed to make a kart from raw material to finished, tested vehicle:
- Press shop. Stamped steel components are formed on press lines.
- Robotic welding. Frame sections are joined in robotic welding cells for repeatable weld quality.
- Frame lines. Chassis frames are assembled and checked on dedicated lines.
- Component inspection. Machined and bought-in components are inspected before assembly.
- Assembly hall. Drivetrains, steering, brakes, electrics, bodies and trim are fitted on the main assembly lines.
- Final QC. Each completed kart is function-tested and inspected before crating.
How we work
Direct, not through layers
When you buy from Averix Karts, there is no import agent or trading company between you and the production side. That keeps pricing honest. It also means technical questions are answered by people who know the product, and spare parts come from the source.
Specifications in writing
Specifications on the internet are often out of date. We confirm current specifications for your production batch in writing with every quotation. Where our website says a figure is confirmed in your quote, we mean it: we would rather give you the right number later than a convenient one now.
Every size of customer
A private buyer ordering one Speedster, a dealer ordering a mixed container, a resort ordering a branded fleet and a company launching its own kart brand all buy through the same process. See wholesale, OEM manufacturing and ODM manufacturing.
Mission-first drone supply
For drones, we start with your mission: what you need to carry, how far, how often, in what conditions and under which regulations. Then we recommend a platform, battery set and spares package. We supply systems, not just airframes.
Pre-shipment transparency
Before your order leaves, we can send photos or video of your actual units and packing. You see what you are getting before it ships.
Quality control
Quality control runs through production, not just at the end:
- Incoming inspection of components and materials
- Weld and frame checks on chassis
- Paint and body inspection under light for finish and panel fit
- Function testing of steering, brakes, drivetrain, lights and electrics
- Pre-crate inspection and packing check
- Photo or video record on request
For drones, we check that systems are complete, with aircraft, batteries, chargers, propellers and payload interfaces, and we pack and declare lithium batteries to dangerous-goods rules.

We supply buyers in North America, Europe, the Nordics, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Oceania and Latin America. Our shipping destinations pages cover 31 countries, with notes on power supply, drone regulators, ports and import.
Responsible supply
- Go karts are not road vehicles. We are clear with buyers that our karts are for private land, tracks and venues.
- Drones are aircraft. We point every buyer to their aviation authority and are honest about the approvals heavy-lift operations need. See our resources page.
- Lithium batteries are dangerous goods. We package and declare them properly, every time.
